What it is
The Operator's MBA is a 9-day, cohort-based leadership program for managers and directors who are ready to operate at a higher level. Built on graduate-level curriculum and modeled on a highly experiential MBA experience it develops the strategic, operational, and interpersonal capabilities that separate good managers from leaders organizations cannot afford to lose.
This is not a workshop. It is a leadership development experience that builds a shared language, sharpens how your leaders think, and creates lasting change in how your organization operates.

Every cohort completes a real organizational challenge — not a case study, not a simulation. Participant teams apply program concepts to an actual problem inside their organization and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership. The learning does not stay in the room.
How It Works
The Operator's MBA runs over nine days of applied, discussion-based learning delivered in cohort format. For organizations running the program locally, sessions are delivered one day per week over several weeks. For teams that require travel, the program is delivered as three three-day intensives.
